首次用PAGE技术、Appraise~(TM)光密度仪与高效液相色谱氨基酸自动分析仪,扫描分析血吸虫病兔血清的蛋白组分和游离氨基酸的水平动态,在其感染后第 42天与第49天呈现蛋白区带10~14条的泳谱中DEF(γ)比移率最宽(8.85~37.87%),蛋白质分别增多16.80%和23.03%为感染前1.94与2.29倍(P<0.001),此与同期血清游离氨基酸中甘、组(P<0.001)、异亮及赖氨酸(P<0.05)明显增多有关。泳谱中M(Alb)蛋白量较之感染前减少20.91%与23.78%(P<0.01)。病兔心包积液呈现蛋白区带12条,γ-球蛋白含23.50%较其同期(第46天)血清的34.67%为低,但无明显差异(P>0.05)。
For the first time, the protein level and free amino acid level in serum of schistosomiasis rabbits were scanned and analyzed by PAGE, Appraise ~ (TM) densitometer and HPLC automatic amino acid analyzer. On the 42nd day after infection, In the bands of 10 to 14 days, the DEF (γ) specific mobility was the broadest (8.85-37.87%), the proteins increased by 16.80% and 23.03% respectively, which were 1.94 and 2.29 times before infection (P <0.001) This is related with the serum free amino acids in Gan, group (P <0.001), isoleucine and lysine (P <0.05) increased significantly. The amount of M (Alb) protein in the gel bands decreased by 20.91% and 23.78% (P <0.01) compared with that before infection. The pericardial effusion in rabbits showed 12 bands with 23.50% of γ-globulin compared with 34.67% of those of the same period (46 days), but no significant difference (P> 0.05).
