肾小管鳞状上皮化生为一非常罕见的病理现象。我们在犬的肾动脉栓塞的实验研究中,发现了这种病变,并对此作了观察研究。16个栓塞肾中,7个肾有肾小管(集合管或乳头管)鳞化。电镜证实鳞化的肾小管上皮细胞之间有明显的桥粒联结、胞浆内有张力丝存在。对肾小管鳞化的意义及发生机理作了简单的讨论。
Tubulointerstitial metaplasia is a very rare pathological phenomenon. We found this pathological change in the experimental study of canine renal artery embolism, and we made an observation. In the 16 embolized kidneys, 7 kidneys had renal tubules (collecting tubes or teat duct) scaling. Electron microscopy confirmed that there was a significant desmosome junction between squamous tubule epithelial cells, and there was a tension filament in cytoplasm. The significance and mechanism of renal tubular squamous cell made a simple discussion.
