锦屏一级水电站压力钢管用16MnR和B610CF异种钢,分别采用手工电弧焊和富氩混合气体保护焊方法进行平板对接接头的焊接工艺试验研究。异种钢焊接接头力学性能试验和金相试验研究表明,采用合适的焊接工艺参数可以保证16MnR和B610CF异种钢焊接接头母材区、热影响区和焊缝区的组织不产生淬硬组织;焊接接头中不容易产生裂纹、冷裂敏感性小、可焊接性好,具有强度高、韧性优良、塑性好、抗裂性能优良的综合机械性能。在此基础上,编制合理的焊接施工工艺规程,确保16MnR和B610CF异种钢焊缝质量。
Jinping a hydropower station pressure pipe with 16MnR and B610CF dissimilar steel, respectively, by hand arc welding and argon-rich mixed gas shielded welding method for flat butt joint welding process test study. The mechanical properties test and metallographic test of dissimilar steel welded joints show that using proper welding parameters can ensure that the microstructure of the base metal, heat affected zone and weld zone of 16MnR and B610CF dissimilar steel welded joint does not produce hardened microstructure. Is not easy to crack, cold cracking sensitivity is small, good weldability, with high strength, good toughness, good plasticity, crack resistance and excellent overall mechanical properties. On this basis, the preparation of a reasonable welding construction process regulations, to ensure that 16MnR and B610CF dissimilar steel weld quality.
