按照国务院批准的电信体制改革方案,原中国电信集团公司被划分为南、北两个部分。北方10省和中国网络通信有限公司、吉通通信有限责任公司重组为中国网络通信集团公司;其余归属中国电信南方部分,即新“中国电信集团公司”。电信南北分拆后,中国通信业的未来框架已大体显现,即电信“五加一”的新格局:中国电信、中国网通、中国移动、中国联通、中国铁通,外加中国卫星通信公司。
According to the telecommunication system reform plan approved by the State Council, the former China Telecom Corporation was divided into two parts, the south and the north. Northern 10 provinces and China Network Communications Co., Ltd., Jitong Communications Co., Ltd. reorganized as China Network Communications Corporation; the rest belong to the southern part of China Telecom, the new “China Telecom Corporation.” After the telecommunications north-south spin-off, the future framework of China’s telecommunications industry has largely emerged. That is, the new pattern of “five plus one” for telecommunications is China Telecom, China Netcom, China Mobile, China Unicom, China Railcom, and China Satellite Communications Corporation.
