《中共中央关于进一步加强和改进新形势下党的建设若干重大问题的决定》体现了我党在新形势下决心以党建成就取信于民的庄严承诺。党与人民的关系是当代中国政治关系中最核心、最根本和最重要的关系,进一步加强和改进新形势下党的建设是协调党与人民关系的重大举措,以党建工作的实际成果取信于民是维护政治稳定和促进社会和谐的根本,要以人民满意与否作为衡量能否以改革创新精神全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程的价值判断标准。
The CPC Central Committee Decision on Some Important Issues to Further Strengthen and Improve the Party Building in the New Situation reflects the solemn promise of our party, determined under the new situation, to win the trust by building the party.
