企业文化在企业发展中发挥着重要的作用,越来越受到企业的关注。国企作为国资委领导下的效能机构,是国家经济发展的重要推动力,加强国企的思政教育工作和文化内涵建设逐渐成为国企发展的新趋势,有利于提高国企的管理能力。本文就对国企文化中的思政教育工作进行分析和探究。
Corporate culture plays an important role in the development of enterprises and is getting more and more attention from enterprises. As a performance agency under the leadership of the SASAC, state-owned enterprises are an important driving force for national economic development. Strengthening the ideological and political education and the construction of cultural connotation in state-owned enterprises have gradually become a new trend in the development of state-owned enterprises and are conducive to enhancing the management capacity of state-owned enterprises. This article analyzes and probes into the ideological and political education in the state-owned enterprises.
