随着中国经济的快速发展,组织资源的开发和利用也显得越来越重要,在组织视角下煤炭企业的优化管理是衡量国家经济发展能否持续、稳定发展的关键。煤炭资源是我国最基本的能源,它的产品结构对于煤炭企业的优化会产生重大的影响,针对我国煤炭企业结构的问题,从组织资源的视角,探索并实现煤炭企业的优化和产品合理配置,从而开发出与之相适应的产品结构的途径和方法。
With the rapid development of China’s economy, the development and utilization of organizational resources are also becoming more and more important.
