中国共产党已经走过了七十三年的艰苦历程。半个多世纪的风风雨雨,党由小到大,由弱列强,不断发展,已经成为全国各族人民的领导核心,国际共产主义运动的一面旗帜。但在建设有中国特色的社会主义,全面实现社会主义现代化的新形势下,如何坚持中国共产党的领导地位,把党建设成为社会主义事业的坚强领导核心,仍是当前党建工作中的一个重大课题。 党的十四大提出了用邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义的理论武装全党的战略任务,这是推进改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的迫切需要,也是加强党的建设、坚持和改善党的领导、提高党的执政水平
The Chinese Communist Party has gone through a difficult journey of seventy-three years. The ups and downs of more than half a century, from small to large, from weak to strong, continue to evolve and have become the leading core of the people of all nationalities in the country and the banner of the international communist movement. However, under the new situation of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and realizing socialist modernization in an all-round way, how to adhere to the leadership of the CPC and establish the party as a strong leadership core of the cause of socialism remains an important issue in party-building at present . The 14th CPC Congress put forward the strategic task of armning the whole Party with Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. This is an urgent need to push forward the reform and opening up as well as the socialist modernization. It is also an urgent need to strengthen party building, uphold and improve the party’s Leadership, improve the party’s governing level
