本文根据水力学原理,提出了压边浇冒口系统充填过程的数学模型、并对充填时流体的流态进行了观察。水力模拟试验及生产测试的结果与给出的数学模型十分吻合.从而为压边浇冒口系统的充填设计提供了重要的工艺参数(有效截面比K和冒口体最大平衡充填高度h_(max))和理论计算公式,用以计算充填铸件型腔的最大压头、冒口及铸件型腔的充满顺序及精确计算铸件的浇注时间.文中提供了通用电子计算机程序。可供生产实用及教学,科研参考。
Based on the principle of hydraulics, this paper presents a mathematic model of the filling process of blank holder and riser system, and observes the fluid flow during filling. The results of hydraulic simulation test and production test are in good agreement with the given mathematical model, which provides important technological parameters for the filling design of blank holder system (effective section ratio K and riser body maximum filling height h max )) And theoretical calculation formula, used to calculate the maximum filling head filling cavity, riser and casting cavity filling sequence and precise casting casting time calculation.
