This paper analyzes that in order to meet the needs of the times, the transformation of the roles that higher vocational English teachers must perform is changed from “teacher ” to “designer ” and “planner ”Change to“ Runner ”for English learning; change from “ Administrator ”to “ Director ”and “ Creator ”.
