In the Japanese shop, the goods are usually marked with two price codes, one is the price the manufacturer hopes and the other is the actual price of the store. This can direct you out of the East shop into the West shop, his legs sour, finally bought a cheap, enjoy the benefits of free competition in the market price. The so-called manufacturers hope (or standard) price, because there is a “monopoly ban on the law,” the manufacturer can not set the retail price of the product, had to turn into “hope.” However, as the second aspect of Article 24 of the Law stipulates that publications must be sold at fixed prices. Thus, both in the price of the world’s metropolitan Tokyo, or see the northern four islands of Hokkaido, buy a magazine to buy the same price. This is the publication pricing system. In Japanese, it is called the system of “re-trafficking (re-selling price maintenance).”
