1993年6月,正是炎热的夏季,由东宁县人武部、县委宣传部、县文化局和县电视台组成联合调查组,对全县境内日伪时期留下的遗址进行了一次全面调查。南至吉林交界,北到绥芬河市,跋山涉水,总行程4000多公里,查找出上百处军事工事和阵地,寻访了70多位当年劳工和见证人。通过这次调查,获得了许多新的发现,为今后保护、研究、开发和利用这些遗址提供了重要的依据。“九一八”事变后,日本帝国主义即将中国东北作为南下扩大对华浸略和北上进攻苏联的战略基地。在国境线
In June 1993, it was the hot summer.
