(一)全球大气研究计划(Glohl Atmo-spheuc Research Program——简称GARP)是现代一项规模巨大的全球性气象研究工作,是一项国际科学研究合作事业的典范。GARP 的得以进行,其最初的推动因素是发生在50年代的两件事情。
