目的 提高肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤 (PH)的诊疗水平。方法 对 3 1例肾上腺PH患者的临床资料及诊疗经验进行了回顾总结。结果 2 2例有典型高血压表现 ,9例症状表现不典型。其中 3例有并发高血压危象、心力衰竭及高热危象 ,3例有家族史。 3 0例经手术治愈 ,1例因瘤体巨大与周围组织关系密切 ,仅手术探查。结论 诊断时要重视可疑的PH病例 ,做好定性及定位检查进行筛选 ,以防漏诊和误诊 ;治疗时要做好充分的术前准备、降压、扩容、改善心功能以及严密监护和注意术中操作 ,是治疗成功的关键。
Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of adrenal pheochromocytoma (PH). Methods The clinical data and diagnosis and treatment experience of 31 adrenal PH patients were reviewed. Results 22 cases showed typical hypertension, 9 cases showed atypical symptoms. Three of them had crisis of hypertension, heart failure and high fever crisis, and three had family history. 30 cases were surgically cured, 1 case because of the huge tumor and the surrounding tissue closely, only surgical exploration. Conclusion The diagnosis should pay attention to suspicious cases of PH, do qualitative and positioning screening screening to prevent misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis; treatment should be adequate preoperative preparation, blood pressure, dilatation, improve cardiac function, and intensive care and attention In the operation, the key to the success of treatment.
