目的探讨早期宫颈癌行高频电波刀(LEEP)手术治疗患者围手术期实施综合护理干预的效果。方法收集2012年1月至2014年6月间收治的早期宫颈癌患者84例,均行LEEP手术治疗,采取掷骰子法将患者随机分为常规护理组(给予常规护理)和综合护理组(实施综合护理),比较两组患者的护理效果。结果综合护理组患者的手术时间明显短于常规护理组(P<0.05);综合护理组患者手术配合率为97.6%(41/42),明显高于常规护理组的76.2%(32/42,P<0.05);综合护理组并发症发生率为2.4%(1/42),明显低于常规护理组的19.1%(8/42,P<0.05);综合护理组非常满意率明显高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论早期宫颈癌行LEEP治疗的患者在围手术期实施综合护理,可有效地提高患者手术配合率,缩短患者的手术时间,降低并发症的发生率,并有利于提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period in patients with early stage cervical cancer treated with high frequency electrosurgical knife (LEEP). Methods Eighty-four patients with early cervical cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to June 2014 were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent LEEP surgery. The patients were randomly divided into routine care group (general nursing group) and comprehensive care group Comprehensive care), compared the care effect of two groups of patients. Results The operation time of the comprehensive nursing group was significantly shorter than that of the routine nursing group (P <0.05). The complication rate in comprehensive care group was 2.4% (1/42), significantly lower than that in routine care group (19.1%, 8/42, P <0.05) Nursing group (P <0.05). Conclusions The patients with early stage cervical cancer undergoing LEEP treatment in the perioperative implementation of comprehensive care can effectively improve the rate of patients with surgery, shorten the operation time of patients and reduce the incidence of complications, and help to improve patient satisfaction, it is worth clinical Promote the application.
