“法治精神”是十七大报告在民主法治建设上的一个新提法。法治精神是我们建设社会主义法治国家的精神纽带,它融会贯通于立法、执法、司法等法治实践之中。
Spirit of the Rule of Law is a new formulation of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in the construction of democracy and the rule of law. The spirit of the rule of law is the spiritual link between our country building a socialist country under the rule of law and its application in the rule of law such as legislation, law enforcement and judiciary.
