广东省深圳市公立医院管理中心积极借鉴国内外经验,深入探索建立与岗位管理、岗位绩效工资制度相匹配的医疗人才评价机制。目前,初步建立了一套以促进临床医生持续提升医疗技术水平为导向,体现其实际劳动价值的临床医师评价制度。深圳的评价新机制中,临床医师技术等级评价指标体系包括3个部分:一是医生职业价值评分体系;二是医生技术等级的分层分级基本原则;三是各专业分层分级划分标准。
Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, public hospital management center actively learn from the experience at home and abroad, in-depth exploration and establishment of post management, job performance salary system to match the medical personnel evaluation mechanism. At present, a set of clinical evaluation system has been initially set up to promote clinicians to continuously improve the level of medical technology and reflect their actual labor value. Shenzhen, the new mechanism of evaluation, clinicians technical level evaluation index system includes three parts: First, the doctor’s career value scoring system; the second is the doctor’s technical hierarchy of the basic principles of hierarchical classification; third is the hierarchical classification of professional standards.
