目的调查分析放射工作人员个人剂量异常原因,保证报告值的准确可靠。方法对单次监测结果超过调查水平的人员发放《职业外照射个人监测达到调查水平剂量核查登记表》。结果 2011和2012年度共计44人次个人剂量异常,其中从事介入放射学工作的占54.5%,从事诊断放射学工作的占34.1%。大部分异常剂量在5 mSv以下,占52.2%;大部分的剂量异常并非实际受照。导致剂量异常的原因主要有剂量计佩戴不规范,工作量大、接触射线时间长,以及操作不规范等。结论加强防护知识培训,加大监督执法力度,提高个人防护意识,保证数据真实可靠是下一步工作的重点。
Objective To investigate and analyze the causes of abnormal dose of radiation workers and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the reported values. Methods A single monitoring results exceed the level of investigation personnel issued “personal exposure to occupational exposure to investigate the level of dose verification registration form.” Results A total of 44 personal dose anomalies were reported in 2011 and 2012, of which 54.5% were involved in interventional radiology and 34.1% were engaged in diagnostic radiology. Most of the abnormal doses below 5 mSv, accounting for 52.2%; most of the dose abnormalities are not actually irradiated. The main causes of abnormal dose is irregular wear dosimeter, heavy workload, exposure to a long time, and the operation is not standardized. Conclusion Strengthening the training of prevention knowledge, intensifying supervision and law enforcement, raising the awareness of personal protection and ensuring the truth and reliability of the data are the focuses of the next step.
