目的:观察抵当汤改良方对实验性动脉粥样硬化家兔抗氧化活性及神经酰胺含量的影响。方法:运用微量快速法检测血浆超氧化物歧化酶活性,运用改良八木国夫法检测血浆丙二醛含量,运用薄层扫描法检测主动脉神经酰胺含量。结果:抵当汤改良方对实验性动脉粥样硬化家兔能有效提高血浆超氧化物歧化酶活性,降低血浆丙二醛含量,降低主动脉神经酰胺脂质含量。结论:抵当汤改良方抗实验性动脉粥样硬化作用与提高机体抗氧化酶活性及降低神经酰胺含量有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of formulae of “Liedang Decoction” on the antioxidative activity and ceramide content of rabbits with experimental atherosclerosis. Methods: The activity of plasma superoxide dismutase (SOD) was detected by trace fast method. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in plasma was measured by modified Yagi-Nagao method. The content of ceramide in aorta was detected by TLC scanning. RESULTS: The formula of “Liang Dang Tang Decoction” could effectively improve the activity of plasma superoxide dismutase, decrease the content of plasma malondialdehyde, and reduce the content of ceramide lipids in experimental atherosclerotic rabbits. Conclusion: The results showed that the anti-atherosclerosis effect of “Yao Tang” modified recipe was related to the increase of antioxidant enzyme activity and the decrease of ceramide content.
