本试验研究了高温胁迫下小麦幼苗膜结合ATPase的动力学参数变化以及Ca~(2+)对它的影响。主要结果如下:①高温胁迫下的Km值低于常温下的Km值。②Ca~(2+)处理的Km值低于对照的Km值。③常迫下的V_(max)值高于高温下的V_(max)值。④Ca~(2+)处理的V_(max)高于对照的V_(max)值。由此可以看出,高温胁迫下,ATPase与底物结合的亲和力增大了,但酶量减少了,使V_(max)值下降。Ca~(2+)处理对两者都有正效应,因而对高温胁迫有减缓作用。
In this study, the kinetic parameters of membrane-bound ATPase and the effect of Ca 2+ on wheat seedlings under high temperature stress were studied. The main results are as follows: ① Km under high temperature stress is lower than Km under normal temperature. ② The Km value of Ca ~ (2+) treatment is lower than the Km value of the control. ③ V_ (max) under constant pressure is higher than V_ (max) under high temperature. ④V_ (max) of Ca ~ (2+) treatment was higher than that of control. It can be seen that under high temperature stress, the affinity of ATPase to the substrate increases, but the amount of enzyme decreases and the Vmax decreases. Ca ~ (2+) treatment has a positive effect on both, and therefore has a slowing effect on high temperature stress.
