工会组织是职工群众自愿参加的组织,是职工群众利益的代表和维护者,具有广泛的群众性。在当前经济转轨、社会转型的关键时期,非公企业工会如何与时俱进履行职责,在维护职工合法权益,构建和谐社会中发挥作用,已经引起了社会各界的广泛关注。本文结合深圳市物资集团有限公司工会工作实践,探讨非公企业工会如何在维护职工合法权益,构建和谐社会中发挥作用。
A trade union organization is an organization voluntarily participated by the workers and staff members, a representative and defender of the interests of the workers and the masses, and has a wide mass of people. In the current economic transition and the critical period of social transformation, how non-public-owned trade unions perform their duties with the times and play their roles in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers and building a harmonious society have drawn wide attention from all walks of life. This article, combined with the practice of labor unions in Shenzhen Material Group Co., Ltd., explores how non-public trade unions play a role in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers and building a harmonious society.
