随着社会的进步,改革开放的不断深化,农村经济迅猛发展,农民生活水准逐步提高,开始由温饱型向小康型过渡。而拥有一套小康型住宅,则是小康生活的核心。近年来,农村建房热正向高潮推进。江浙一带的新农居,象雨后春笋一样不断涌现,这是广大农民走向小康的标志。其中有一些,布局合理、造型简洁大方、装饰恰当、室内陈设考究和谐,体现了当代农村的风貌。然而许多村落,居住质量并未有多大改善。
With the progress of society, the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, the rapid development of rural economy, the gradual improvement of the standard of living of farmers, began to transition from subsistence to the well-off type. Having a well-off house is the core of a well-off life. In recent years, the heat of building houses in rural areas is advancing toward the climax. The new farmhouses in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces are emerging like spring bamboo shoots. This is a sign that the majority of farmers are moving towards a relatively comfortable life. Some of them include a reasonable layout, simple and elegant design, proper decoration, and harmonious indoor furnishings, reflecting the style of the contemporary countryside. However, in many villages, the quality of living has not improved much.
