“行业管理弱化”,这曾是一句讳语,最近被李毅中摆上桌面。对此,安全学者崔克清认为:“安全生产离不开专业指导与行业管理”;基层安全员说:“安全工作不是谁都能干的”。实践也证明,没有行业管理,必有安全盲区;行业管理弱化,对症之方就很难求。行业的存在与主管部门的撤销无关,但行业的正常运行却与懂得行业特性的安全管理者有关。

The existence of the industry has nothing to do with the withdrawal of the competent authorities, but the normal operation of the industry is related to safety managers who understand the characteristics of the industry.
