王世光简介著名作曲家,1963年毕业于中央音乐学院作曲系。历任中央歌剧院院长,现为中国音乐家协会副主席、中国电视音乐学会特约理事、中国音乐著作权协会常务理事等。多次担任文华奖,“国家舞台艺术精品工程”“金钟奖”“五个一工程”奖等国家级文艺评比的评委。歌剧代表作有:独幕歌剧《彭德怀坐轿》,抒情喜歌剧《第一百个新娘》,音乐剧《结婚奏鸣曲》,独幕歌剧《军民进行曲》(依据冼星海原作改编),四幕歌剧《马可·波罗》。声乐和电视音乐代表作有《长江之歌》、《松花江上》、《长江交响曲》、《话说长江》、《话说运河》等。
