本文提出用“红细胞流变特性测定仪”(电阻抗法)测量红细胞的流变特性。并从Fricke-Velick悬浮液电导理论出发,对该方法测量结果进行了理论探讨,证明所测得的(△R/R_0)-t曲线确实能间接反映红细胞群体的变形性及变形后的粘弹性。
In this paper, rheological properties of erythrocytes were measured by using “rheometer of erythrocyte rheometer” (electrical impedance method). Based on the theory of Fricke-Velick suspension conductivity, the theoretical results of this method are discussed. It is proved that the measured curve (△ R / R_0) -t can indirectly reflect the deformability of red blood cell population and the post-deformation viscoelasticity .
