本文对我国当前的油价机制从理论和数量两方面进行了分析 ,指出我国能否从与国际油价接轨中获益的关键在于能否获得海外的石油资源 ,与国际油价接轨的油价机制虽然有利于鼓励我国石油企业“走出去” ,但这种价格机制的重大缺陷是没有明确规定原油与成品油的价差和调整标准 ,以及风险防范措施。针对我国油价机制所存在的问题 ,本文提出了进一步完善我国油价机制的措施与建议。
This article analyzes the current oil price mechanism in both theory and quantity, pointing out that the key to whether our country can benefit from its integration with international oil prices lies in its ability to obtain overseas oil resources. Although the oil price mechanism in line with international oil prices is favorable Encourage China’s oil companies to “go global”, but the major drawback of this price mechanism is not clearly defined crude oil and refined oil spreads and adjustment standards, and risk prevention measures. In view of the problems existing in the oil price mechanism in our country, this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions to further improve the oil price mechanism in our country.
