文章对目前高职院校建筑经济管理专业学生职业能力培养认弊端的基础上,从确立以职业能力培养为核心的专业培养目标,构建学生职业能力体系结构,改革课堂教学模式,建立实践教学体系,加“双师型”师资队伍建设,提高教师整体素质等方面,探索了高职院校强化文秘学生职业能力培养的途径。
