目的 探讨乳腺外Paget′s病的诊治方案及其注意事项。方法 分析 2 1例乳腺外Paget′s病的临床资料、诊治经过及随访结果。结果 2 1例均经病理检查证实。 18例获随访 ,其中 3例手术后 1年复发 ;2例术后 2～ 3年死于广泛转移 ;2例术后 5年死于其他疾病 ;11例 5年无复发。结论 本病易诊为湿疹等 ,对难治性湿疹样改变应早期活检 ,局部广泛切除是本病首选治疗方法
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of Extramammary Paget’s disease and its precautions. Methods The clinical data of 21 cases of extramammary Paget’s disease were analyzed. The diagnosis, treatment and follow-up results were analyzed. Results 21 cases were confirmed by pathological examination. Eighteen patients were followed up, of which 3 patients relapsed one year after operation, 2 patients died of extensive metastases 2 to 3 years after operation, 2 died of other diseases 5 years after operation, and 11 patients had no recurrence within 5 years. Conclusion The disease is easily diagnosed as eczema, eczema-like changes in refractory early biopsy should be the local extensive excision is the preferred treatment of this disease
