层次分析法应用多目标评价决策,是一种十分有效的定性分析与定量分析有机结合的方法。对于新药研发项目而言,其风险评价也是一个多目标、多层次、结构复杂、因素众多的系统,因而运用层次分析法进行此类项目的评价是合适的和必要的。文中应用层次分析法对一个具体的新药研发项目进行分析和评价,分析各因素的权重值,从而找出相对重要风险因素,并对该项目的风险防范提出建议。
The application of AHP in multi-objective evaluation and decision-making is a very effective method of organic combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. For a new drug R & D project, the risk assessment is also a multi-objective, multi-level, complex structure and many factors. Therefore, it is appropriate and necessary to evaluate AHP with AHP. In this paper, an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to analyze and evaluate a specific new drug R & D project. The weight value of each factor is analyzed to find the relative risk factors and make recommendations for the risk prevention of the project.
