目的建立HPLC法测定活络酊中水杨酸甲酯的方法。方法色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.01%磷酸溶液(40∶60),体积流量1.0 mL/min,检测波长302 nm,柱温30℃。结果水杨酸甲酯在120.25~2 405 ng呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8),回收率为99.96%,RSD为0.08%;检出限为0.481 ng,定量限为1.443 ng。结论该方法简单、可靠、检测限低、重现性好,可用于活络酊中水杨酸甲酯的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of methyl salicylate in active tincture. Methods The chromatographic column was Hypersil ODS2 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0.01% phosphoric acid solution (40:60), the volume flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the detection wavelength was at 302 nm. Results The methyl salicylate showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 8) with a recovery of 99.96% and a RSD of 0.08%. The detection limit was 0.481 ng and the limit of quantification was 1.443 ng. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, low detection limit, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of methyl salicylate in the active tincture.
