用放射免疫法测定81例住院精神病人血浆氯丙嗪浓度。其中,血浓度为0.039～0.69μg/ml52例;0.7～0.99μg/ml12例;1.0μg/ml 以上17例。治疗有显著效果的血浓度一般为0.1～1.0μg/ml。浓度在0.3～0.6μg/ml 可出现轻度锥外系反应。并结合临床对影响血浆氯丙嗪浓度的几种因素进行了初步分析。
Plasma concentrations of chlorpromazine in 81 inpatients were determined by radioimmunoassay. Among them, blood concentration of 0.039 ~ 0.69μg / ml in 52 cases; 0.7 ~ 0.99μg / ml in 12 cases; 1.0μg / ml or more in 17 cases. The blood concentration for the treatment of significant effects is generally 0.1-1.0 μg / ml. The concentration of 0.3 ~ 0.6μg / ml can occur mild cone reaction. Combined with clinical on the plasma concentration of chlorpromazine several factors were initially analyzed.
