冠心病监护病房(CCU)是治疗急性心肌梗塞和重症心律不齐等危重心脏病的场所。围绕危重患者的管理出现的问题和无规律性的工作等多是引起医师应激反应的主要原因。因此,作者在东京都CCU 网络所属设施通过调查卡,调查了此类医师的实际劳动状况,现将结果报告如下。调查卡:从以下3个角度调查了医师的应激反应:(1)病房工作的实际紧张程度;(2)自觉疲劳程度;(3)对病房工作的适应能
The coronary care unit (CCU) is a place to treat critical heart diseases such as acute myocardial infarction and severe arrhythmia. The problems that arise around the management of critically ill patients and irregular work are mostly the main causes of stress response among physicians. Therefore, the author investigated the actual labor status of such doctors through the survey card at the facilities of the CCU network in Tokyo. The results are reported below. Investigative Cards: The physician’s stress response was investigated from the following three perspectives: (1) the actual degree of stress in the ward work; (2) the degree of conscious fatigue; and (3) the adaptability to the ward work
