为减轻圆筒仓装粮时的自动分级现象,需要采用均匀分配器。目前国内一般采用圆锥分配器进粮,但效果不理想;国外有采用电动转盘式分配器,但需要耗用动力。南京市粮食科学研究所承接研制一种以流粮为外加动力而自动旋转的圆筒仓入料分配器。通过分配器将粮食和其中杂质均匀地撒布到仓内各个部位,以消除粮食下落到仓内时因自动分级所带来的各种弊病。南京市粮科所与六合县第二粮库共同合作研制成功
