如果说医疗卫生信息化是医改的突破口,那么卫生信息化人才就是医疗卫生信息化的一个关键瓶颈所在。新医改以来,卫生信息化建设速度加快与人才储备不足的问题日益凸显,而长期以来,由于我国卫生信息化投入的不足和医院等卫生机构对处于边缘化的信息部门不够重视,更遏制了卫生信息化人才的培养和医学信息学学科的发展。人才短缺,已经成为全国横在医改面前的一道难题。
