微量锡的极谱测定,文献曾提出以四价钒催化锡的体系。近年来又引入碘化钾,使灵敏度进一步提高。但锡的峰高仍随着钒量的增加而直线上升,温度系数大。其它还有氯化四苯砷体系,而铜、铅等干扰较大。在Sn(Ⅳ或Ⅱ)—NH_4Cl—V(Ⅳ)体系中,四丁基溴化铵使锡峰电流迅速降低还引起峰形一分为二。我们发现在溴化钾—硫酸体系中加入四丁墓溴化铵,能使灵敏度提高。
Trace tin polarographic determination, the literature has proposed tetravalent vanadium catalytic tin system. In recent years, the introduction of potassium iodide, to further improve the sensitivity. However, the peak height of tin still rises linearly with the increase of vanadium content, and the temperature coefficient is large. There are other four chlorinated benzene arsenic system, and copper, lead and other interference. In Sn (Ⅳ or Ⅱ) -NH_4Cl-V (Ⅳ) system, tetrabutylammonium bromide rapidly decreased the tin peak current and caused the peak shape to be divided into two. We found that the addition of tetrabutyl ammonium bromide to the potassium bromide-sulfuric acid system increased the sensitivity.
