杭州市萧山妇幼保健院的前身是妇幼保健所,始建于1953年,1990年撤所建院。在短短的12年时间里,萧山妇保院以改革为动力,以科技为先导,倡导先进的服务理念,运用科学的管理手段,大胆培养和引进人才,开拓创新,努力打造“品牌”形象,至今己发展成为拥有职工360名,床位220张,业务收入5 000余万元,规模和经济实力均居全国县市级妇保院之首的二级甲等妇幼保健院。2000年又在全国医疗单位中首家通过2000版ISO9001国际质量管理体系认证。现为复旦大学附属妇产科医院协作医院,中英妇幼保健合作项目中国培训中心。
