随着社会生产的不断发展,实践越来越充分地证明,标准化在社会主义现代化建设中的重要作用。标准化既是社会生产发展的产物,又是推动生产前进的动力之一,要组织现代化生产,实行科学管理,离不开标准化;要提高企业的经济效益,引进新技术、搞新产品开发,也离不开标准化。标准化工作是企业发展的重要基础。一、“标准”与“标准化”以往我们从事标准化工作,仅仅是贯彻几个国标、部标,制订几个企业标准,这是很不够的。因为已经实现了标准化的事物,经过一段时间,就会突破原先的规定,变成非标准化的事物,所以我们就必须对它再制订新的标准。每一项标准都不可能孤立地存在,都要继续向其深度和广度扩展,在标准之间形成纵横交错的网络,建立和发展这个复杂的大型系统过程,也就是这个“化”的更深一层的含义。
