本试验选用了具有速生遗传基因的美洲黑杨、欧美杨和具有抗寒、耐旱特性的小钻杨类及青杨派等17个杨树品种品系作亲本,共搭配成20个杂交组合。通过对F1代多次的苗期选择以及在辽北地区两年抗寒、耐旱的比较试验,初步看出具有速生、抗寒、耐旱性强的杂交F1代无性系4个,即9205、9207、9318、9218。其中9205优良特性表现突出,2年生平均高生长量是对照种2倍以上,是优亲115倍,胸径平均生长量是对照种4倍以上,并具有一定的抗寒、耐旱性。9207、9318、9218年高生长量均超过优亲和对照种,其抗寒、耐旱性也强于亲本及其他杂交F1代无性系。
In this study, we selected 17 Populus poplar varieties with fast-growing genetic genes as parents, Europe and the United States Yang and cold-hardy, drought-tolerant characteristics of the small drill Yang and Poplar Pieces as parents, with a total of 20 hybrid combinations. Through the multiple selection of F1 seedlings and comparative experiments of cold tolerance and drought tolerance in northern Liaoning for two years, we initially found 4 clones of F1 hybrid with fast-growing, cold-tolerant and drought-tolerant, ie 9205 , 9207,9318,9218. Among them, 9205 exhibited outstanding characteristics with an average 2-year average growth of more than 2 times of that of the control and 115 times of that of the superior. The average DBH growth was more than 4 times that of the control and had some cold and drought tolerance. The high growth rates of 9207, 9318 and 9218 all exceeded that of the superior progenies, and their cold resistance and drought tolerance were also stronger than those of their parents and other F1 hybrids.
