微量残留白血病细胞的检测是目前白血病研究领域中关键问题之一,免疫学标志分析方法近年来取得了不少进展,在临床上有较大应用价值。本文概述了免疫学标志分析检测残留白血病的机理,在不同类型急性白血病残留病灶检测中的进展及动物模型的实验研究结果。
The detection of trace residual leukemia cells is one of the key issues in the current leukemia research field. The immunological marker analysis method has made a lot of progress in recent years, and has great clinical application value. This article outlines the mechanism of immunological markers for the detection of residual leukemia, the progress in the detection of residual leukemia in different types of acute leukemia, and the results of experimental studies in animal models.
