本实验对体外传代培养的小鼠胸腺基质细胞用偶氮偶联法显示ACP ase,较清楚地显示了胸腺内各种基质细胞此酶的活性反应。
In this study, ACP ase was demonstrated by azo-coupling assay in mouse thymus stromal cells subcultured in vitro, showing more clearly the activity of this enzyme in various thymus stromal cells.
