目的:探讨老年人眩晕患者康复过程中,积极护理干预应用的实际意义。方法:回顾性的分析了我院2015年1月到2016年6月期间收治的90例老年眩晕患者,并探讨了其护理观察体会。结果:所有的90例老年眩晕症患者都康复出院。结论:护理观察要是积极,能够很好的缩短老年人眩晕症的实际治疗时间,能够帮助患者减轻痛苦,切实提高护理的质量,无论在诊断早期疾病、还是疾病资料和预后方面临床意义都非常重要。
Objective: To explore the practical significance of active nursing intervention in the rehabilitation of the elderly patients with vertigo. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 90 cases of elderly patients with vertigo, and discussed the nursing experience. Results: All 90 elderly patients with vertigo were recovered and discharged. CONCLUSION: Nursing observation should be positive and can shorten the actual treatment time of vertigo in the elderly. It can help patients relieve the pain and improve the quality of nursing. It is very important in the clinical significance of diagnosing early disease, disease information and prognosis .
