以往的高粱抗冷性研究中,一些学者很早就发现高粱组织中某些生化物质含量与抗冷性有关,并将它们作为衡量品种抗冷性强弱的指标,如种子干胚膜不饱和脂肪酸含量、电解质渗透率等。但是涉及高粱籽粒主要成分与抗冷性之间关系的研究却很少。另外,近年来有关某些作物如小麦、水稻和大麦等在低温下可大量积累游离脯氨酸的报道颇多,还查明这些作物的抗冷性与脯氨酸累积有一定的联系。然而,高粱在低温条件下脯氨酸含最如何变化现仍不清楚。本文拟探讨高粱籽粒主要成分与苗期和灌浆期抗冷性的关系,以及高粱苗期抗冷性与幼苗内游离脯氨酸含量的关系。
In the past sorghum cold resistance study, some scholars have long been found in some sorghum biochemical content and cold resistance, and they used as a measure of the strength of cold tolerance index, such as seed embryo membrane unsaturated Fatty acid content, electrolyte permeability and the like. However, little is known about the relationship between the main components of sorghum grain and cold resistance. In addition, there are a lot of reports on the accumulation of free proline in some crops such as wheat, rice and barley at high temperature in recent years. It is also found that the cold resistance of these crops is related to the accumulation of proline. However, it remains unclear how sorghum is the most affected of proline at low temperatures. This paper intends to investigate the relationship between the main components of sorghum grain and chilling tolerance during grain filling and grain filling, and the relationship between chilling tolerance and free proline content in sorghum seedlings.
