钢材在高温下强度和刚度都将迅速降低，介绍了国内外关于钢结构构件在火灾中热响应的试验和计算机数值模拟的研究成果，并着重介绍了在无保护层、有保护层和截面温度非均匀分布三种情况下构件的热响应分析计算方法，提出了火灾中钢结构构件抗火设计今后需要研究的问题。
