1958年我分队执行门诊巡诊相结合的工作方法以来,深受广大官兵赞扬,降低了部队发病率,保证部队训练、施工任务的顺利完成。我们体会到门诊巡诊相结合可以早期发现病人、早期诊治,更主要的是可以发现病源、指导连队卫生防病工作。就如我们开始执行巡诊时,忽视预防工作,有3名患结合膜炎的新兵,由于缺乏交待预防措施,结果三天内感染了7名同志;在1960年同样发现新兵中有结合膜炎患者,我们作了了解、并建议连队首长,将患者洗脸用具与健康人分开,就防止了结合膜炎的蔓延。又如一次部队采矿作业,正值雨季、居民
