帝国广场住宅区和阿德莱德码头小区是伦敦的两个设计实例,都是设计条件有限制但建筑师却能通过设计解决不同层次的居住需求,营造舒适的居住小环境,并在可持续方面有所突破,看似普通意义却很深远。就中国而言,住宅建设还有很长的路要走,解决好住宅问题涉及到住宅产业的各个环节、层面的共同努力,至少,建筑师如何在设计上有所突破,是值得努力尝试的新目标。
