Through literature review, interviews and logical analysis, the status quo of reserve personnel in Chongqing volleyball game and the system of reserve personnel training are investigated. The purpose is to sum up experience and identify problems. In order to improve the competitive level and sustainability of volleyball in Chongqing, Development helps.
