高职院校的目标是培养满足社会主义建设需求和市场需要的专业技能人才,其毕业生的就业率受到社会的广泛关注。高职教育校企合作让学校教育和社会职业有机结合,改善学校的培养模式,提升了学生的职业能力,让高职院校成为培养国家重专业人才的主要阵地。但是调查发现,当前校企合作办学中存在很多不足,本文在分析其困境的基础上,提出了相应的解决对策。

The employment rate of graduates has drawn wide public concern.
