目的探讨超声介入配合口服小剂量米非司酮治疗盆腔子宫内膜异位囊肿临床疗效。方法对23例25个盆腔子宫内膜异位囊肿行经阴道超声引导下穿刺,注入乙醇硬化,协同口服小剂量米非司酮治疗,12.5mg每日一次,连续服用3～6月。结果随访1～2年,治愈19个,显效4个,好转1个,效果较差1个,治愈率为77%,总有效率为96%。结论经阴道超声引导穿刺硬化术后配合口服小剂量米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿,疗效好,复发率低,卵巢功能恢复较快,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of ultrasonic intervention combined with oral low dose mifepristone in the treatment of pelvic endometriosis. Methods Thirty-two cases of 25 pelvic endometriotic cysts underwent transvaginal ultrasound guided puncture and injected with alcohol sclerosis. The treatment was given in combination with oral low dose mifepristone, 12.5 mg once daily for 3 to 6 months. The results were followed up for 1 to 2 years, cured 19, markedly effective 4, improved 1, the effect is poor 1, the cure rate was 77%, the total effective rate was 96%. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound-guided percutaneous sclerosis combined with oral administration of low dose of mifepristone treatment of endometriotic cysts with good curative effect, low recurrence rate and rapid recovery of ovarian function should be popularized and applied.
