党的十八大指出,继续实施区域发展总体战略,充分发挥各地区比较优势。这是中央立足发展中国特色社会主义全局作出的重大战略部署。实施区域协调发展战略既是重大的理论创新,更是实践的深化。国务院批准《皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区规划》近三年来,皖江示范区建设取得了积极成效,但也存在一些问题。

In the past three years, the State Council approved the construction of a demonstration zone in the city of Wanjiang to undertake the transfer of industries. The construction of the demonstration area in Wanjiang has achieved positive results, but there are also some problems.
