竖井施工前,要安装大,小20台左右的稳车,每台稳车有10至20个、深为0.8~1.2米须预留的地脚螺栓孔,过去一般采用1~1.5厘米厚的木板盒。混凝土施工完后,拆这木盒很费劲,拆出的木板基本上不能再用,消耗木材量较大。在凡口新副井施工中,我们利用了外管平滑的φ6英寸旧短钢管,加工成如附图所示的预留螺栓孔,施工了18台稳车基础,收到了施工方便、预留孔质量好和节约木材的良好效果。
